Artist's Comments

That’s right you... Come and bring me some god damn its. It seems this is the only way I can get any progress….. So I Suck it up, and Draw stupid Fan art…. Personally I think that people that ONLY do fan art are a waste of time… How can of truly call themselves a artist if they don’t create a character from scratch… I would give a Comment to people like Twinsnake over Bleedman (Whose style is nothing special and can get hit’s off of a bloody Comic filled with only a couple of original characters….) I am not saying that Bleedman is “Bad” at Drawing… In fact he is great at it even better then me…. However his “Fan Art” Out numbers his originals….

I feel so pathetic that I have to Draw fan art just to get a good amount of hits…. I probably will not get many comments off of this as others seeing I am just bitching about how finicky…. YOU…. The viewers are…… Oh well….

Oh by the way… The picture I drew…. This is how I envision Raven enjoying herself. Doing something like flying in a moon lit sky would bring her so much peace…..

“That reminds me…. I hate Pod 6…..”

Maybe it's not very original because it's fan art, but I like it. *adds to favourites*

If you do not like people doing fan art so much then home come I see you doing alot of "Teen Titans" and other anime shows drawing their characters? Isn't that fan art?

Well, he does have a fair number of fanart pics, but hasn't drawn any in quite a while. Before this one that is.
He's just upset because "Exchanging Chaos" hasn't gotten much attention. Give him time to get over it.

She might not be an original character, but the pose is quite clever.
Well, let's see how many hits this gets you. But next time, place the critical opinion on your journal. 'Cause on the pic, it's rather damaging.

Great pose. Very peaceful feel to it :D

Eh, he's been complaining about "fanart" before this.

I clicked on this image cause I just wanted to see what good fanart was out there.. And after reading your comments on the piece, I totally agree! Its nice seeing people who do well drawn fan art ( I myself like to do some from time to time) but if that's all they do then they will only be remembered by a few people. But, if that's what they're going for, then good for them. But if they are trying to get somewhere, create your own.

So yeah... I'm gonna watch you now, cause I like the way you think.
And to quote a friend of mine who is on this site
" Maybe I'd get more hits if I added 'chan' to the end of my name."

Awsome Raven pic!

but I highly disagree on the part about "people that ONLY do fan art are a waste of time… How can of truly call themselves a artist if they don’t create a character from scratch"
