Koriand'r 10th birthday

Koriand'r (Meaning Born from the flaming star) is the second of three children born to Tamaran's ruling family. On her tenth Birthday, it is discovered that she is a crystalis. (Meaning ‘Forever pure’ a crystalis is a Genetic Mutation that is seen only once in a millennia, her DNA is flawless and her power will be twice that of a normal Tamaranean when she comes of age.) So on Koriand'r tenth birthday, King Myand'r (Meaning Devine light of the star) strips the right of cessation of the throne from Komand'r, (Meaning Born from the dark star) Koriand'r older sister. He in turn gives it to Koriand’r and neither sister is given a reason why. Komand'r once a loving big sister becomes jaded and jealous of her sister despising her very existence. Despite the pleas and begging to her father to give the right of cessation back to her sister, Koriand'r could not win. The love for her sister was to great and she could not accept the right if it made her sister hate her. Nevertheless, the Kings words were final and Koriand'r became heir to the throne a title she would give up in a heartbeat if she could.
